In order for services to be updated monthly, weekly, or daily the customer will need to provide Pulse with CRM access.
We insist on it! Training is an essential part of our services. It is our pleasure to train your team so they can understand how to get all the value you can out of Pulse Analytics and begin to make informed decisions.
Typically you can expect the initial reports in 1 week based on how quickly we are able to receive the necessary data (ideally through API automation).
Prescriptive (AI) typically pays for itself for the entire year in 1-2 months based on the revenue that comes in that you would not have had without Prescriptive. Prescriptive is able to identify and reactivate hidden gems (patrons or donors) who are not on your radar screen but who have a high likelihood of reengaging with the organization.
Pulse Analytics®, Pulse Prescriptive, and Pulse360 are sold as is according to your company’s needs, without any major alterations, and on an annual renewal basis. If custom reports or new features are requested, it is possible that additional costs may be applicable if you wish to proceed. However, it is not very likely that the reports you require are not already a part of Pulse Analytics.
We are here to serve you and are constantly growing and enhancing our tools in order to do so even better.
In order to ensure that our customers get the full benefit from Pulse, we ask to meet at least once a month for the first three months to train on Pulse and so that we are able to unpack all of the exciting findings and insights. After the first three months, we ask to meet at least once a Quarter to review results.
We want our clients to feel free to reach out any time you have any questions or concerns. We are only a phone call away and it is our absolute delight to support you in any way we can.
Our agreement automatically renews after 12 months for another 12 months period unless the customer chooses not to renew agreement. In which event, the customer must notify Pulse at least thirty days prior to expiration of 12 months period.
